Working with the Kanban board
Description
The online training first briefly covers its development so that participants are not only familiar with Kanban in its abbreviated form as a planning tool. Based on the development of the Japanese automotive industry, they learn about the "flow idea" underlying Kanban. This should enable participants to use the method in a more creative and targeted manner. A case study from the industrial sector will also make Kanban tangible. Participants will learn the different ways to manipulate a Kanban board. They will also learn the most important elements such as "work in progress limits" and the "pull principle."
