I firmly believe that organizations are not transformed by tools or processes alone, they are transformed by the men and women who embody them.
It is this conviction that has guided my journey from the beginning. Trained as an engineer (UTC), specializing in Complex Systems Management (CentraleSupélec), then with an MBA from Neoma, I have built, step by step, a vision of management that reconciles the rigor of the engineer, the vision of the strategist and the sensitivity of the coach.
Today, I teach Human Resources Management at Neoma Business School, I support managers and executives as a certified coach, and I continue to learn every day from those I am fortunate enough to support.
What drives me? Helping leaders find their own clarity in complexity. Empowering teams to perform at their best. Contributing, in my own way, to the emergence of more human, agile, and sustainable organizations.
