The focus is on experts promoted to management positions. This training prepares them to successfully carry out management missions and provides knowledge in various areas: verifying results, managing processes, supervising employees, and self-control.

Participants will learn to manage different expectations and conflicts of interest. This training also describes and refutes seven myths about leadership, so that participants understand that leadership doesn't fit into neat little boxes.
