Description
This online course explains how managers can use artificial intelligence responsibly and profitably. It shows you where AI is already part of everyday work, dispels some myths along the way, and emphasizes that while artificial intelligence can enhance your leadership, it doesn't replace it. You'll learn how to reduce fear and mistrust within your team, (re)build trust, and combine human strengths—such as empathy and moral values—with new technological possibilities: this is augmented leadership. The course will also focus on the ethical and equitable use of AI (or "Responsible AI"). Finally, it will look to the future, towards a leadership culture that is both hybrid and fully human.
