Agile leadership
Description
"Agility" is a response to increasingly tight planning processes and ever-faster changes. In this context, the concept of leadership must also be rethought. This online training therefore examines the key elements of traditional leadership according to three categories: mindset (i.e., one's understanding of leadership), skills, and management tools. In each of these areas, we analyze how thinking, methods, and tools must be modified to enable successful leadership.
