Description
Delegating isn't just about "getting things done"! Participants learn which tasks can be delegated and which should never be. They learn to develop requirements profiles to assign the right activities to the appropriate team members. They then explore the four stages of a delegation discussion. Participants also learn how to prevent tasks from being "redelegated" or returned to them, and how to agree on terms and deadlines.
