Delegating is one of the essential tasks of a manager. But even when you don't hold a leadership position, it's often necessary to share tasks and responsibilities with other team members. And it's far from easy! This online training aims to put you in the right mindset for this, so you can constructively manage the challenging aspects of task allocation. Choosing the right collaborators based on the tasks to be accomplished, providing them with the necessary information, and effectively entrusting them with responsibilities is one thing. But that's not all. You then need to avoid certain pitfalls, particularly the possibility that your collaborators might simply pass the buck on the tasks you delegated to them. The transfer of responsibility to artificial intelligence is also a very interesting topic.
