This allows participants to categorize and understand Scrum. The foundations of the Scrum method, as described by Jeff Sutherland in his book &quot;The Scrum Revolution,&quot; are central. References to the Toyota Production System and the &quot;plan, act, check, adjust\/execute&quot; methodology demonstrate that Scrum had a broader scope than just software development from the outset. Based on this foundation, the essential characteristics of Scrum are described as follows: teamwork, focused work, and a division into Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Team.<\/p>\n<p>Participants also learn what the basic organization of a project looks like according to Scrum. The online training will allow all participants to reach a higher level of understanding of Scrum.
