Exercising effective leadership without hierarchical authority<\/b><\/p>\n

More and more projects are being carried out outside the traditional corporate hierarchy, within teams composed of members from the same department or even from different companies, based on their skills. In this type of team, there is often no leader responsible for discipline. Instead, the team has a horizontal manager. This person is therefore responsible for the project's results, but without being a superior in charge of the team.<\/p>\n
