Female leadership is a complex and multifaceted topic. In this course, we will primarily discuss what women can do themselves to succeed as managers. It's not so much about how women lead or whether they are better managers.
We will introduce you to the main challenges faced by women who assume (or want to assume) leadership positions. And above all, we will focus on approaches that allow them to overcome these difficulties. After an introduction to the topic, we will examine the five most common obstacles and offer practical and pragmatic suggestions for dealing with them constructively. In this situation, they will learn how to inspire, motivate, and engage their teams, develop a mobilizing vision, and manage change effectively.
